Develop scalable, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems and formulate, implement, and evaluate algorithms and database queries to support saas scalability and stability.
Implement own and others designs, write code, write and perform unit tests, integrate into our distributed video security system and follow deliverables through the product design/development lifecycle.
Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies; keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects.
Provide ongoing software quality engineering support throughout the software development life cycle. Provide support to development, engineering and manufacturing functions for validation planning and transfer activities.
Lead on creating and enhancing technical bulletins, procedures and support processes such as change control templates, service bulletins, support tools, problem scenario reporting rules, knowledge articles, etc.
Collaborate with Service Support teams to define, evaluate, prioritize, and improve features and functionality, including solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests.
