In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting and driving FVC quality standards through meeting regulatory and accrediting body requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including use of FVC/FMS CQI tools.
In this role, you will provide safe and effective training and oversight of the delivery of home dialysis therapy to the patient in compliance with standards outlined in the FMS Home Peritoneal Dialysis Policy and Procedure Manual, or/Home Hemodialysis Policy and Procedure Manual , as well as regulations set forth by the Corporation, state and federal agencies.
The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. He/she will work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice; patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients progress towards expected outcomes.
