The Registered Nurse - RN assists patients, staff and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency of operations and customer service while providing quality care to the designated patient population.
Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Responsible for independently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of pediatric patient care. Selects and administers the appropriate care, taking into consideration the age, developmental level and size of the patient.
Maintains competency with all emergency operational procedures, and initiates CPR and emergency measures in the event of a cardiac and/or respiratory arrest when the patient is in the dialysis facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting and driving FVC quality standards through meeting regulatory and accrediting body requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including use of FVC/FMS CQI tools.
The Registered Nurse RN is primarily responsible for assisting a multitude of providers, both physicians and mid-level practitioners. Provides coverage to Primary care, Urology, Wound Clinic, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Neurology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Infectious disease, Allergy, and Physiatry.
In this role, you will be responsible for ndependently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of pediatric patient care. Selects and administers the appropriate care taking into consideration the age and developmental level and size of the patient.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with facilitating departmental changes/updates through one on one coaching; provide feedback to the Supervisors and Preceptor regarding staff development.
