In this role, you will be responsible for talent identification and development, organizational development ( OD ), leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership / bench strength development, staffing, etc.
In this role, you will responsible for insuring the accuracy and consistency of data transfers into that HRIS. The HR Systems and Benefits Administrator will also be responsible for data entry, maintenance, and reliability of HR data and benefits administration.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and drive HR strategies and agendas that support the business needs/priorities of the Company e.g., assessment, coaching, strategizing, driving change, retention, staffing, and development.
In this role, you will ensures that projects meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments; provide leadership surrounding issue identification and resolution; acts as point of contact for escalation of project issues and resolves project conflict.
