In this role, the selected candidate will partner with HR Director to implement, disseminate, and monitor company policies, programs and procedures in the areas of compliance, compensation, and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Provide accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees and management of the company; assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assists company managers with HR issues.
Provides guidance and support to supervisors in all tasks related to performance management; assists supervisors in selecting and carrying out appropriate methods for correcting performance deficiencies.
Provide indirect supervision for the HR Department in the absence of the Director of Human Resources. Utilizes sound management practice theory to both reward good performance and correct deficiencies.
