The Program Coordinator may be the first point of contact for families accessing services at RCHSD, & as such will provide supportive care in assisting them with accessing appropriate services within the hospital & in the community.
Management of product support requirements, deliverables, customer/supplier expectations, and delivery of best in class service levels. Specific responsibility will be identification of adverse reliability trends and addressing through implementation of rapid corrective action.
Follows industry best practices for developing and maintaining logically linked horizontally and vertically integrated network schedules (Integrated Master Schedules) implementing critical path methodology (CPM), and performing schedule health assessments.
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities: ability to use financial systems, with basic understanding of EVMS principles and hands on cost performance reporting/analysis skills.
Analyze credit data and publish data requests to design, develop, and fulfill, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness. Consult with technical and Sales support personnel to develop requirements / prepare specifications / address questions & issues.
Perform as a task specialist on a small project team maintain responsibility for technical activities and analyses. Provide analytical support to the project manager, but is not ultimately responsible for managing the project. Work with other team members on the project.
The Finance/Cost Estimating Administrator will be responsible for understanding of all configuration definition and cost impacts in support of change pricing for non-recurring & recurring, preparation of recurring should-cost' BOM estimates, change pricing fact find and negotiations, and support of various contractual obligations with cost and pricing implications. Understanding of plant capital impact on site rate structure. ACE/Lean event involvement.
