The Counsel will be responsible for providing legal support on a wide variety of transactional matters for Sempra Energys LNG and U.S. natural gas and renewables businesses. The transactional matters include the acquisition, development, construction and financing of major LNG, natural gas and renewables infrastructure projects, and the drafting and negotiating of documents with respect to such transactions, focusing on project acquisition, development and financing.
