This Forward Planner/Project Manager is responsible for managing land assets from project inception through securing of entitlements to bond exoneration. This includes the ability to conduct technical feasibilities, secure necessary engineering plans, permits and other governmental or quasi-governmental approvals needed to develop lots and build houses.

In this position, you will be a key architect and developer for the next-gen system, which will begin development in parallel with the completion of the first-gen system. Responsibilities for that program will include hands-on system engineering, as well as overseeing outsources engineering activities including CMOS imaging and processing and QLED display systems.
