The Pain Management Rounds Nurse performs clinical care activities and is responsible for the coordination of a specialty pain management service for patients, physicians, and other identified customers.
Responsible for independently applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of pediatric patient care; select and administer the appropriate care, taking into consideration the age, developmental level and size of the patient.
The Registered Nurse - RN assists patients, staff and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency of operations and customer service while providing quality care to the designated patient population.
The Registered Nurse RN is primarily responsible for assisting a multitude of providers, both physicians and mid-level practitioners. Provides coverage to Primary care, Urology, Wound Clinic, General Surgery, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Neurology, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Infectious disease, Allergy, and Physiatry.
Maintains competency with all emergency operational procedures, and initiates CPR and emergency measures in the event of a cardiac and/or respiratory arrest when the patient is in the dialysis facility.
Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. In this role, you will oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care, and symptom control and identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting and driving FVC quality standards through meeting regulatory and accrediting body requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including use of FVC/FMS CQI tools.
