In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision of sales managers, trainees, interns, and administrative staff. Additional responsibilities include the recruitment and hiring of sales staff, training, managing and coaching sales managers in their selling process in order to meet company goals and maximize hotel revenues.
In this role, the selected candidate will increase the expertise and motivation of the sales team by providing timely and relevant market-specific information about our new and existing products as well as the competitive landscape, keep in contact with key customers in order to maintain good insight into requirements of the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that support and align with Team Headquarters Strategic Vision and Marketing Plan across all diciplines to help grow community participation and to promote the brand as a leading nonprofit organization.
