Prepare and actively participate as operational lead in internal project review meetings. Depending on size and scope of project, this job duty may be performed in collaboration with a Project Director.
Interpret QCT products and services requirements and to coordinate delivery of such products and services to the customer (internal or external) according to agreed-to specifications, budget and schedule.
Oversee and assist with billing reconciliations, including internal and external communications to resolve discrepancies.Manage revenue recognition policies and procedures, including cross-departmental training.
Competency in and understanding of the workings and functionality of industrial machinery and their controls; e.g. machine tools, plastics machinery, conveyors, metalworking equipment, mechanical drives and related systems.
Plan, manage and coordinate the introduction of new products into global markets, including formulation of marketing communications plan, launch production volume ramp plans and product training materials.
Prepares and present formal and informal presentations to clients, project team and groups outside the company in an interactive format or lecture style. Comfortable with longer presentations on complex topics to larger audiences.
Accountable for project profitability. Monitors, interprets and communicates project budget. Understands budget to actual variations for project phases, makes recommendations and adjustments. Ability to model out budget scenarios for stakeholders. Understands the economics of financial decisions across the portfolio within the client and its impact to CDW.
