Overall responsible for coordinating and executing the tasks as outlined in the RASM-P Performance Work Statement (PWS)- working closely with the Government Project Officer (PO)/ Contract Officer Representative (COR).
Implement current, annual and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial objectives for the engineering unit and may also participate in the development of Group/Company objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with responsibilities for meeting technical solutions for areas and programs that provide composite primary and secondary structures for commercial aircraft.
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Infusion -Product Focus Teams (PFT) made up of engineers, supervisors, and buyers that support the assembly and test of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, finished products and systems supporting the manufacturing process.
The NPMM will provide support for Carrier Team One as tasked including participation in knowledge sharing networks as needed. He will also support training the carrier fleet on Carrier Team One processes and identifying and implementing best practices.
