In this role, the selected candidate will provide timely and accurate Tier I support to end users including purchase and installation of applications, hardware purchasing and imaging, accurate record keeping, and corporate mobility device account management.
In this role, you will work within Global Supply Chain and touch point departments to improve results and efficiencies of existing work, and anticipate and advocate for supply chains future needs in process, software, and analytics.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent communication skills, exceptional analysis and documentation skills; business Analyst experience; ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
In this role, you will perform any and all activities related to the contracts, including but not limited to research, analysis, and management of all contracts. Contracts are organized and managed in the materials management information system (aperek) and in our contract management software (vendormate (ghx) contracts manager).
