In this role, you will responsible for project management of HR projects, and must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, implement, and close multiple projects simultaneously on various topics within the HR body of knowledge.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and management of human resources activities primarily focused on workers compensation/ergonomics. The successful candidate will provides L&D training program support.
In this position, you will support deployment of global HR processes and programs, including Performance and Talent Management, Pay Administration, Talent Acquisition, Career Development, and Organization Design initiatives
In this role, the selected candidate will assist leaders in management of corrective action and performance management processes to address performance and policy issues and to drive performance to meet company requirements.
