The HR Consultant role provides guidance and support to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to proactively and consistently deliver results for our clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will serve as an employee champion and change agent while assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Ability to change gears quickly in a fast paced non-structured environment and a positive attitude will be keys to success in this established hospitality customer and employee-centric company.
In this role, the selected candidate will
perform intermediate employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution, managing employee performance issues, review and assessment of termination requests; conduct exit interviews.
In this role, you will works with business leader to identify talent and implement career pathing and succession plans.Utilizes metrics to identify trends and build an HR strategy for the client group.
This role is expected this person will be capable to jointly with the rest of HR team, to play as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner, in providing services and support to a Business Unit, segment of Business Unit, Function or Program located in Mexicali Site.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as liaison and works with HR (center of expertise) and cross-functional team members to pursue and achieve short-term and long-term tactical and/or strategic objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain company organization charts; participate in benefits administration to include explaining company benefit programs, resolving issues, updating systems, and reconciling and paying bills.
