The Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting our mission-critical Cerner Ambulatory PowerChart EMR and related applications in an integrated environment for Sharp HealthCare Ambulatory facilities.
Act as primary resource managing the Aftermarket Spares accounts receivable and cash management functions, including driving monthly cash collections and monitoring and reducing accounts receivable overdue.
Working closely with business development team and customer facing roles to prioritize business and information needs; gathering, manipulate and mine data to conduct analyses that inform business decisions and solve complex challenges.
In this role, you will work directly with all interested parties to document functional and technical requirements that meet business needs, provide creative solutions, as well as conduct analysis and define business cases related to the implementation of new solutions.
Management of program financials, including: financial and cost forecasting, reporting and analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital analysis (accounts receivable forecasting, treasury forecasting, unbilled analysis, and aged receivables analysis).
Work closely with the SAP technical developers, basis, security, and other functional analysts for cross-functional delivery of complex solutions; follows established change control procedures for migration to QA and Production.
In this role, the selected candidate will interview end-users/customers to define business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements; meet with external clients to discuss enhancement requests as needed.
Maintains the integrity and automation of extensive spreadsheets, links data from different sources and databases to include functionality of formulas, queries, importing and exporting of data to other programs, and monitors internal and external data needs on an ongoing basis.
The Systems Analyst will help with key Ambulatory initiatives. The initiatives include ongoing build and system support involving Allscripts TouchWorks. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solid system design, with an emphasis on enhancing productivity and standardized workflows.
Your primary role will be to support in our existing business and as we continue to grow and deploy new services. The role will require you to work remotely on systems located throughout the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems administration background focusing on linux, with some scripting and automation experience.
