In this role, you will lead the engineering and technical function for global facilities by developing the global basis of design for all new facility projects from a mechanical, electrical, and controls perspective.
In this role, you will responsible for the development, planning and implementation of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures (chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention and building safety) within the company.
In this role, you will manage, initiates, and coordinates the design of facility projects and works closely with maintenance and project management for the alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures and other facilities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the project management function for global facilities by developing the long range strategic plan & executing projects within budget, schedule, quality, & safety guidelines.
The role is responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements. The position will be responsible for all line of business and third party relationships with the assigned buildings. The position will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals.
