In this role, you will build strategic partnerships with assigned producers and customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives for assigned business or customer segments, products and assigned geographies.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the performance and development of Account Executives by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
