The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing sales activities and driving the companys expansion into new and existing markets and verticals. The ideal candidate will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the Companys customer base and will be called upon to explore and exploit new revenue sources. You can identify niche markets that are untapped and you possess a clear ability to hunt and bring sales deals to term. You are also knowledgeable with various sales channels, methodologies, and pricing practices specific to the North American credit card processing space.
The Business Development Director will sell to new and existing accounts in the Hi Tech industry in the region; must have a successful track record of selling technology outsourcing services to Hi Tech companies and record of success finding and closing large complex deals.
Lead, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration, revenue and margin metrics, client satisfaction, product and client diversification, and ongoing compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements of Company products and services.
The role of the Regional Directors of Client Development Captive Insurance is to take overall responsibility for obtaining (in connection with the marketing/communications group) and qualifying leads, developing them as prospects, and managing them through the onboarding process wherein they become Capstone clients.
The Director of Business Development will serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmaceutical, and life sciences market.
This position also has primary responsibilities to successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Providers and accounts to establish new benefit account management services.
This position requires flexibility in working situations, the individual in this role often works at other branch sites as needed. Good knowledge of financial institution products, services, policies and procedures.
Plans, organizes, controls, manages, coordinates and evaluates the work of MAACs real estate development, acquisitions, finances, and construction operations; with subordinate managers, establishes operational plans and initiatives to meet real estate development goals and objectives.
The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
