The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of HOA and building / facility management of a portfolio of community associations. This is for a portfolio of communities which includes single family homes, condos, and PUDs.
The Corporate Marketing Communications Manager will primarily focus on creating and implementing the communications efforts for companys corporate initiatives. The right candidate will have a passion for taking an idea and expressing it both verbally and creatively through various forms of marketing communications vehicles.
Provide guidance for direct reports and internal customers to help deliver projects on target, on time, and on budget. Provide regular project updates, raise potential delays and changes immediately, and deliver regular, detailed analytics to track marketing material performance.
Coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common area and arrange appropriate follow up actions as required; oversee the AP process in accordance with the company home office processes and procedures.
