The Staff Compliance Product Manager will manage, organize, and take ownership of the definition, development, delivery, and evolution of specific product lines and customer segments; develop market knowledge, cultivate relationships with and learn from key customers.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities and associated costs of formulations, packaging, transportation and distribution network, inventory control, and warehousing processes while maintaining a focus on cost reduction.
Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
Working with functional IT leads in the business applications support organization, the senior manager will anticipate and validate business intelligence needs and work to deliver solutions collaboratively.
The candidate will manage RF Front End solutions from product conception through end of life and evangelize these products both internally and externally through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leads cross-functional project teams across IT. Prepares and analyzes forecasts, timelines, budgets and reports to ensure project deliverables arrive on time and on budget. Experience should include Project Management and ability to influence and drive deliverables.
In this role you will work on establishing relationships throughout the customers organization to gain an understanding of their needs and provide better support and product offers. You will also manage the contract renewal process for existing customer accounts.
