Provide guidance to client and contractor resources personnel in support of IT project; define and document the objectives for the project, budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for project teams.
Lead customer interaction efforts to be able to do research and analysis to determine customer needs of their equipment, all product specifications, manuals and the feasibility of the actual design of the product.
Manage all stages of the IT projects assigned, including planning, implementing and monitoring activities. Work with IT line managers and team member to develop project plans and activities with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines. Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks.
Drives all phases of the project life cycle while adhering to PMO standard practices, including but not limited to project conception, requirements definition, work breakdown, resource allocation and budgeting/forecasting, procurement coordination, risk management, change control, issue escalation/resolution and overall control of project scope.
Interact with contractors employed by the pharmaceutical partners to ensure that data are transmitted between and among contractors and the pharmaceutical partners in a timely, efficient, and reliable manner in accordance with industry standards.
Represents the Company by contacting established and prospective customers in an assigned territory for the purpose of selling the Companys Metalworking and Surface treatment chemicals PARTICULARLY, COIL Surface Treatment / Metal Working Lubricants.
