The incumbent serves as the Global Project Manager for any key business initiatives that can include, but is not limited to, integration activities, new product development projects, and other strategic projects or initiatives.
Drives cross functional projects in support of the Sales division with focus on identifying impact and opportunity to create process improvement for market segments and to provide tangible outcomes for the Sales division. Interacts with other department management or subject matter experts related to products, business strategy, clinical and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance to client and contractor resources personnel in support of IT project; define and document the objectives for the project, budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for project teams.
Execute the process of email campaign deployment and focus on subscriber segmentation, execution of test sends, preparing the final subscriber lists, and scheduling the deployment within the marketing automation platform.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the work of all engineering personnel assigned to the project including the coordination of the discipline leads, Project Engineers and Project Leads.
The Global Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects which will entail working with a cross-functional team, setting and monitoring timelines, identifying and minimizing risks, communicating and presenting progress reports to ensure that each initiative delivers all business objectives and benefits.
