The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for supervising branch employees and interviews, selects and trains new employees, sets and adjusts pay rates and work hours, directs daily work, monitors and implements compliance measures, administrates discipline , evaluates performance.
Responsible for new product development, market development, marketing communications and product training to achieve global Equipment and Controlled Environment Services sales and marketing objectives.
Interfaces with department managers and staff to accomplish system upgrades and enhancements, process improvements, etc. Works in conjunction with it and various other departments to leverage workflow automation applications across service business processes.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company Employee Handbook, company Supervisors Manual,
applicable union contract, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical
procedures, or governmental regulations, airline policy and procedures manuals.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with industrial machinery manufacturer or service organization conducting field service supervision, leadership or administration to oversee the development of solutions to incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications, upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc. working with mechanics, electricians, PLC programmers, engineers and field team.
The candidate will work closely with client facing teams and or clients directly and will be responsible for specific responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: Leverage ones hands on experience of working across one or more of these areas such as real world evidence data, digital marketing data.
Manage the department in a manner that ensures that operations are performed in an efficient manner, while consistently adhering to applicable service level agreements, regulatory requirements, internal procedures and budgetary expectations.
The Client Services Manager role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client service delivery in support of plan administration and client needs. This role includes daily oversight of all aspects of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan recordkeeping and administration that may include resolution of client issues, coordination of internal groups for issue resolution, client presentations and sales support.
Responsible for assisting the store manager in the operation of the assigned location including the planning, leading and advising of all store employees to attain the stores financial goals, to maintain company standards and to develop an environment which is conducive to accomplishing corporate goals.
