In this role, you will be responsible for building on the existing results of this busy desk by further developing new and existing client relationships, becoming the "go to" consultant for the supply for pa's.
In this role, you will utilize strategic sourcing efforts to proactively identify and attract top-talent using various sourcing methods including networking, referrals, industry mapping, web and social mining and cold calling.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines and maintaining a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for
oversee and execute all aspects of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment clearance validation, etc.
