In this role, you will assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and directs care for adult and pediatric patients in accordance with departmental standards of care and practice. Participates in the education of family, patients, and staff members.

In this role, you will be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation, and dealing with disciplinary issues.
