Ensures quality staff monitoring is conducted, completed, and tracked in agreement with senior/site management expectations. Reviews status of quality assurance initiatives and collaborates with other IT managers to ensure quality objectives are being attained.
The Manager of Quality Control directs the overseeing of the Quality Control Pre and Post Delivery processing of Valuation orders in compliance with regulatory, industry and client requirements. Facilitates the relationship between the clients and the business unit. Responds to and satisfies issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensure accurate resolution.
