The Project Engineer will be a member of the Wooster Engineering Department. The Project Engineer will manage and support packaging equipment installation, integration of equipment with our current systems as well as managing contractor during installation, startup and commissioning.
The Construction Project Engineer II will be a direct report to the Manager of Construction Engineering. He/She will be responsible for managing individual Midstream projects up to the approved dollar amounts.
Supports Global Sustainment Program Integration lead for Lighter-than-air (LTA) sub-market segment. This position provides Sustainment and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) project management support to ensure Sustainment products and services are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
The Project Engineer would be responsible for the technical correctness of the work assigned and must hold a Professional Engineer license. He/She will supervise staff and coordinate project teams as required.
The Project Engineer designs, develops, documents and executes modifications to components, sub-assemblies, and systems to meet Customer requirements of engineered-to-order solutions. They use sound engineering principles in performing analyses and resolving issues to develop innovative solutions for our Customers.
This person will provide curtain wall, panel, stone, enclosure calculations, review and coordination of shop drawings with engineering, glass analysis, thermal analysis, specialty structural analysis, architectural components, aluminum, steel, concrete, and wood design and engineering as it relates to cladding structures.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of projects or work orders assigned; identify all required details to be produced for the project and condense details to drawings.
