Work with call center leadership team to increase employee productivity by monitoring real-time adherence and metrics and opportunities to improve overall accuracy and productivity through system enhancements, automation of tasks and/or process improvement.
The primary purpose of this position is to organize, create and analyze large-scale historian and SQL data sets. The opportunity to inject ideas and influence a growing data driven culture and gain operational experience with Big Data.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive performance management database to monitor key performance indicators and ensuring the accuracy of various reports to key senior leaders.
The Data Analyst has the primary responsibility of data collection, modeling, and reporting of results; during the analysis phase of a project they will qualify the opportunities in the client's business and during the engagement phase they will support the need for ongoing data-driven work to enhance the client's systems and processes.
The Data Analyst analyzes and evaluates existing data to continue to improve Albridge s overall data quality, plans future releases and is part of the process of continuing to mature existing products.
The incumbent is responsible for the definition, development, and implementation of new systems, and major enhancements to existing systems, as well as production support for systems with high complexity.
