Monitor and report on competitive programs from leading competitive vendors; develop strong working relationships with Software Strategic Account Managers to drive sales campaigns with partners and to promote partners to the SAMs.
The Channel Manager role will be critical to expanding our business, leveraging our broad network of distributors to build greater success than we ever have for our end customers, our distributors and Product Care.
The Product Manager plans, organizes and manages an existing portfolio of products, and crafts new products from existing product designs, from competitive analysis and from knowledge of the industry; further, the PM manages and integrates new products and product changes throughout the company.
Utilize industry research, competitive benchmarking, emerging trends, data/analytics, and voice of client insights to establish the digital product strategy/roadmap. Champion strategy to attain buy-in from stakeholders.
