As a Registered Nurse you provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, dispensing over the counter and prescription medications as ordered, performing required health assessments for specified programs.
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
