The Systems Engineer (NE) performs tier three systems support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge of the Governments software and hardware, Systems Engineers need advanced analytical, troubleshooting and design skills. The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users also is essential.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance for associated conference room A/V and VTC incident reports and problems; and work with other technology teams to address integrated conference room A/V and VTC challenges.
Performs complex systems development and design work that may include logic design, I/O design, firmware development, model formulation, manufacturing and development cost projections, computer architecture analysis and design, and analog or digital systems engineering.
