In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with the Senior Human Resource Manager, Regional Executive Director and management team staff to effectively deploy or develop HR programs and services (compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, retention strategies and training) to meet business needs.
In this role, the candidate will assist with development and implementation of programs to source, recruit, hire, develop and train Management associates to fill vacancies and to provide candidates for the future growth of the Company.
The HRM is responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company.
In this role, you will maintain a positive labor/employee relations environment for the affected business unit. Facilitate workplace investigations or other inquires (under guidance of HR Manager) arising out of needs expressed by employees and/or manifestation of policy or rule infraction(s).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading development and deployment of all aspects of the HR strategy, policy and practices for the site, and for provision of a comprehensive HR service.
