The Project Engineer works with the Project Team and our Field Management to c onstruct a safe and quality project, while beating the estimate budgets, improving the total Operating Profit margin over the original bid, and building a strong customer relationship.
Apply principles and practices typically associated with quality engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering functions and coordinates with other support disciplines or core functions as required.
Monitors product and process performance as needed; assessing reliability of operations, identifying failures and causes of failures, and recommending and assisting client in implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives (project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance); provide client support and consultation for IT issues. Should be focused on improving business operations.
Install, configure, and test integration solutions (Interfaces) between TriTech and third party applications and performs advanced troubleshooting activities as necessary. Assess the criticality of software defects.
Orders will be input into the manufacturing system once approval received. Must generate proper documentation to accompany the job through the manufacturing process, including the Front End Review, Drawings, and others. Will address any questions or issues related to the paperwork or the job itself.
