Use software tools to combine data and knowledge from independent systems to create a holistic view of a market to support decision making; communicate findings and recommendations along with the methodology used to drive to conclusions.
The position will be responsible for innovation, design and management of commercial analytics and forecasting. This function is charged with generating insightful analysis that enables fact-based investment in business-critical resource allocations for both inline and new product development.
Comfortable with all aspects of Financial reporting, ETL/datawarehousing, data modeling, regulatory issues around data (SOX), data integration, data stewardship, report and dashboard development, performance tuning, etc.
Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder organizations when designing, building and developing dashboards; cultivate strong collaborations with business and technical partners, and senior staff.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data results, create clear, compelling presentations that illustrate and communicate research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to drive business results.
Responsible for defining and implementing the New Solutions strategy in his / her respective region defining the markets, the go-to-market strategy, key accounts and customers, and internal functional support to achieve successful adoption of new deployment of software solutions.
Manage all IT project requests through the Request for Service process and create all supporting documentation required including, defining key metrics, value creation, adoption, user satisfaction, and client key element assessment.
The individual will be accountable for generating data-driven insights on market dynamics, customer segmentation, sales/territory trends, contract analyses and other commercial areas to optimize performance in the various Hospital franchises.
