The ideal Technical Recruiter/ Sourcer must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. This is an entry level position for candidates looking to gain experience within the staffing/ IT industry. The TR program is designed to provide you with experience to grow into an IT Recruiter and eventually into an Account Manager.
