The Performance Measurement and Analytics (PMA) Project Manager is responsible for organizing and managing, as well as assisting with development and execution of PMA projects and multi-disciplinary Quality and Patient Safety initiatives with a focus on transformational, system-wide projects.
Conducting risk assessment (consulting the correct stakeholders) to identify risks that might affect the project, quantifying the levels of risk probability and severity/impact. Informing this with awareness of the strategic fit of a project and relationship with neighbouring projects.
The candidate will be responsible for managing interdisciplinary projects, document preparation and production, managing sub-consultants, monitoring budgets, schedules and quality. Lead and support business development activities at clients, such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines and industries.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.
Develops and maintains project schedules, coordination and scheduling of all resources required for the LIMS project implementation, resolving conflicts, identifying and successfully resolving issues impacting project schedules and costs.
Assist in evaluating ongoing business needs and requirements for Consumer Products finance, legal and global sales functions to support Viacoms best-in-class Global Business Services, financial and legal systems platform.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define and ensure total project quality in line with Wiley guidelines. Managing stakeholder expectations, delivering on requirements and building productive relationships.
