The Business Development Manager (BDM) is tasked with building collaborative partnerships and developing sales of molded and extruded Medical Components and Systems (assemblies) within the assigned geography at Medical Device manufacturing companies, OEMs, Contract Manufacturers and Design Firms.
In this role, you will manage relationships with global ecommerce partners to ensure success using technology and logistics solutions; track and help prioritize external product and partner support commitments.
In this role, the selected candidate will meet with all types of clients (from small retailers to large offices from every type of industry) to further their knowledge of our company and grow our business with them.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop a mutually rewarding working relationship with various client contacts by providing excellent customer service which results in customer/member satisfaction, renewal and retention of customer/member.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute sales plans utilizing the companys sales directives and guidelines in order to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts. Qualifies and pursues sales leads.
The Strategic Account Executive in this role is responsible for developing executive and senior management relationships and work collaboratively with other teams across the company and with other partners and outside consultants as appropriate.
In this role, you will prepare strategic account plans including account strategies, defined objectives, milestones and specific opportunities. The selected candidate will develop strategic account plans to create long term value for customers.
