In this role, the selected candidate will provide screening, identification, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and intervention for children with communication disorders; maintain an accurate record of services provided, submit evaluation reports and monthly progress reports in a timely manner.
In this role, the selected candidate supervises of Clinical Fellows (CFYs), temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards, as appropriate.
In this role, you will be responsible for
develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the speech language pathology treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform clinical assessment; identifies patient needs and appropriateness of patient; document, prepare/revises and completes a Plan of Care, progress notes, phone orders and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care under a physicians order and issue specialized adaptive equipment to improve residents ability to communicate and swallow.
