The Senior Scientist position will be responsible for the development and validation of analytical methodology for the characterization of our products and processes, the creation of fundamental product and process understanding, and the advancement of innovative approaches to drug development.
The candidate is expected to utilize expertise in molecular and cellular biology, cancer biology, and functional genomics to execute and interpret experiments to develop targets for therapeutic intervention.
Work closely with other Pearl River or Cambridge Functional Genomics lab personnel, and maintain close and productive interactions with the Functional Genomics lab personnel based in Pearl River or Cambridge.
The Clinical Research Scientist for Immuno- Oncology (I/O) Global Clinical Research & Development will work closely with the Head, Immuno-oncology Programs and the Executive Director of the CRS Group to develop the I/O portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical planning and execution of formulation development, drug product process development, primary packaging development, technology transfer to CMOs, scale-up, characterization and validation activities for protein therapeutics programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Compliance within the Analytical Department by leading compliance related activities such as oversight and/or ownership of investigations and CAPAs, oversight of site instrument calibration program, internal audit and inspection readiness activities including review of Analytical Documentation.
The data scientist will apply knowledge of advanced analytic, data mining, statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing techniques to create insights out of complex data in people analytics.
The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a research team that is focused on the identification and validation of novel biotherapeutic targets, should have a deep understanding of protein and antibody engineering with a focus on biotherapeutic engineering, and an interest in the development of tumor targeted and conditionally regulated biotherapeutics for solid tumors.
