In this role, you will be responsible for general laboratory and operational support. Including providing logistical support for samples and compounds management, ordering supplies and carrying out general bench work activities.
The Senior Scientist position will be responsible for the development and validation of analytical methods for the testing and characterization of protein therapeutic candidates in development; facilitate the creation of fundamental product and process understanding, and use state-of-the-art instrumentation to facilitate the advancement of drug development.
Independently perform sample testing, data processing, data report and data interpretation for biosimilar development and stability studies, CQA assessment, similarity assessment and forced degradation.
Develop in vitro assays for evaluating mechanisms of drug resistance, drug differentiation and pharmacodynamic marker identification (develop resistant cell lines, make stable knock-downs and knock-ins, cellular trafficking studies)
This role will be part of Kaplans research core and is tasked with creating archivable internal research and research communication as well as production of public-facing outputs and engagement with external actors.
Manage data analytics requests and turn them into clearly defined projects for the team, with well-defined parameters and deliverables. In addition, lead efficient, accurate and timely data analysis projects, and effectively communicate findings.
Provide research support and assistance to the team. Performs certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the teams production and delivery of research material.
The Researcher will be involved in a team effort to invent, develop and demonstrate electrochemical processes for the fabrication of advanced logic and memory devices such as High electron mobility transistors (HEMT), Phase Change memory (PCM) and Magnetic memory systems (MRAM).
Assist project managers with method troubleshooting through data interpretation, experimental design and data collection; and act as a technical resource for project managers in other troubleshooting efforts.
The successful candidate will design and conduct experiments to develop formulations, manufacturing processes, and primary container configurations (including combination products) to be transferred to CMOs for biologic products at different stages of development up to commercialization.
