Engage the site planners and project executives to gauge client priorities and options to separate, consolidate, defer or pursue project requests based on the clients plans for site development. Assist in forecasting demand levels and priorities for the site repairs, upgrades and improvements.
The Planner/ Scheduler is responsible for analyzing data to develop critical path network (CPN) schedules on proposals and contracts. They monitor progress and report updates in a timely manner to satisfy proposal and/or contact release dates.
Perform laboratory procedures requiring knowledge of scientific methods and testing procedures including: Batching and prepping samples for analysis according to special and varied client and QA requirements; Preparing reagents for sample analysis.
Provide high quality, practical veterinary care to a wide range of emergency patients and inpatients; skilled and efficient diagnosis and treatment of outpatients and hospitalized animals within hospital medical parameters and budgetary guidelines.
This individual should have experience in project controls/project scheduling focusing on transit projects, Experience working with contractors and area agencies - such as MTA, LIRR, Port Authority, and as well as understanding how to read baseline schedules and interface with area agencies.
A successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading an effort to develop and maintain a project schedule for multiple concurrent software projects within a complex landscape of cost, schedule and performance drivers that collectively constitute a major Army Automated Information System.
