This position will be responsible for the nightly production batch cycle. That includes AIX batch cycle. Debug and troubleshoot production environment application issues. Also be able to adequately communicate the problem/incident to concern parties.
Tracks performance of call routing strategy and makes recommendations to improve service levels and efficiency. Analyze contact center trends including: call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates and resource allocation.
Facilitating the risk assessment process, including: establishing and communicating risk assessment timelines, tracking and escalating completion status, providing status reporting, providing guidance on how assessments should be completed.
Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
Financial Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting for 30 field Manufacturing and Warehouse locations including operation, production, and transportation costs using tools such as SAP's Business Planning & Consolidation.
