In this role, you will participate in Production Support activities research/troubleshoot issues identified in production; Replicate issues in QA environment as well as communicate resolutions and workarounds to Production Support Teams.
The Lead will direct the QA team in requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, issue triaging and reporting, defect tracking, coordinating release schedules, and validating release build candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in framework design and a team lead in a large scale automation effort; technical expertise in one or more automation silos. i.e. GUI, Backend, Main Frame, ETL/Data Comparison, Web Services, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the test strategy and approach, measurements and metrics applied to the testing effort across multiple interdependent projects at a program level.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for reconciling global databases against each other, reconciliation of claims databases and financial databases, identifying and planning to correct errors and inconsistencies within different systems.

This job is responsible for leading a team of tester to support the business driven initiatives and creation of all test materials including test cases, automated test scripts, test data, defect management, issue resolution, production implementation, and resource management.
In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring audits are completed timely and accurately, understanding the needs and demands of stakeholders during the audit process, sharing knowledge and expertise and regularly communicating and reporting internal audit findings.
