Work with technical team lead and other teams members throughout the project life cycle to establish and adapt projects plans and milestones; assist with the design and installation of Broadcast Media Solutions internationally.
Design of Utility Systems, including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer service, water, gas, telephone service, etc. Also involves determination and resolution of vertical and horizontal utility conflicts that may exist.
Supports the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction and closeout execution plans. Coordinates review and approval from Project Executive and/or Director of Operations, and communicates of this information to project team.
In this position, the Technical Project Engineer will work as part of the Engineering organization and will be responsible for initiating activities surrounding Bill of Material creation and management throughout the product lifecycle. The role will include Part and BOM creation, change management and communication of relevant supporting data.
The successful candidate for this position will work in a team environment developing engineering studies, conceptual designs, construction plans and specifications, as well as proving support during construction and other field assignments.
Act as the Compliance point of contact for all PMs/DMs for DBV projects to assist in defining/reporting scope, budget and schedule for potential and existing projects. Report financial and progress status of Compliance work associated with DBV projects on routine intervals to allow for effective overall DBV project management. Provide input on the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Ensure the project goals and objects are well understood by the various functional areas. Liaison with department staff, sub or satellite team leaders and members to obtain their continued input and feedback on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
The individual will also need to identify and work closely with key personnel within the business to support his project goals. The ability to work individually or to be part of an effective team is critical in this role.
The successful candidate will assist System Reliability staff in maintaining the quality and availability of the real-time information and complex computer systems required for the operation of the Electric System Operation Center (ESOC), 24 hours x 365 days per year.
