The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring staff; the position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills
The role will support the effort to sustain and improve programs and activities associated with the life cycle of project, including specification, selection, procurement, installation, and qualification.
Must have years work experience managing full lifecycle technology based projects using a formal project management methodology (PMP Certification a plus) and current software project reporting tools (MS Project+).
Act as business liaison serving as primary point of contact between application business segments and database administrators; assist with design, development and implementation of databasearchitectures and database solutions for new initiatives.
Proactively work with Commercial and Product Management teams and provide technical expertise in the identification, evaluation and selection of new internal and external technologies to meet monitoring and control needs.

In this role, the selected candidate will work with engineers, architects, and/or electrical contractors on systems design and installation; visit job sites for walk through with electrical contractors and for fire department inspections.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/ schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout.
