Responsible for end to end management of Digital Operations programs and associated projects that originate outside the Digital Ops group and need to be supported by the DO team. Manages a team of 8 - 10 program/project managers, responsible for the successful execution of all national programs/projects. Provides high level status on all programs/projects.
Assist CSDs with daily project management responsibilities, ensuring each assigned client project flows smoothly through each required Touchpoint department from inception to completion of assigned contract(s).
This position is responsible for the delivery of enhanced technology capabilities, providing functional support, and resolving issues. We expect this individual to work in close coordination with our existing CRM and Management Reporting technology teams based in our California headquarters.
Manages and executes established processes for resourcing, maintenance work prioritization etc. Identifies and documents process improvements/changes that help streamline/improve time to market solutions.
In this role, you will be expected to effectively manage resources, schedule, and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle (discovery, analysis, design, construction, test and implementation).
Proposes project changes which improve efficiency and safety. Interfaces with regulatory and industry representatives on behalf of project activities. Communicates technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing. Serves as a member of the Emergency Response Organization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the experience with industry standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies; ability to work independently and plan and manage multiple assignments.
