Develop budgets and participate in proposal development/pitches and presentations for new and existing accounts/grantors when necessary; monitor budgets weekly, document financial status on status reports.
Responsible for personnel management, fiscal operations, inventory management, recipient services, safety and welfare of recipients, hiring and training of personnel, directing and coordinating the activities of the staff, and administration of the program.
This role takes the overall responsibility for the coordination and completion of product and software development projects. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing oversight of the global ERS Program portfolio.
Work closely with the Director of Education and Continuing Education to maintain overall management of the human, material, and fiscal resources associated with the continuing nursing education programs.
Leads and oversees cross-functional teams/programs, budgets, resourcing, adherence to schedule etc. Develops a comprehensive approach for the portfolio of projects to monitor projects and monitor scope changes, prioritization of scope components, and the attainment of business value.
Provide subject matter expertise as it relates to interpretation and implementation of trading, regulatory and exchange requirements and collaborate with technology to continually update execution platform and client interfaces.
Leads a cross functional team comprised of IT R&D, regulatory, quality, marketing, finance, supply chain and commercial to bring a product to market and continue to lead ongoing enhancements to meet customer needs.
The candidate will have proven experience as a project manager/team lead on large/complex projects involving the coordination of different teams and territories, the successful deployment of in-house/package Liquidity, Financial or Risk systems, covering a broad spectrum of business/financial instruments.
