The SAP Business Analyst will interact with the SAP Program team and functional unit process owners in order to identify, define, document and configure / process solutions in SAP. The ability to work in a fast paced team atmosphere effectively is critical.

In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement monitoring templates for all infrastructure services including server and application performance, disk space usage, network availability, network intrusion, and compliance against SLAs for on premise and cloud services.
