The primary focus of this position is to manage all aspects of plant operations. Including but not limited to personnel, productivity, safety compliance, production planning, maintenance, equipment operation and departmental communication.
Manage and coordinate in conjunction with plant leadership, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, of equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the facility.
Manage internal project tasks such as organizing project files, delegating tasks to team members, following up on task completion, maintaining and updating project status schedules and material and schedule planning.
The Plant Manager is accountable for the overall Distribution Center (DC) results. This role has responsibility for the performance of the DC, including safety, quality, cost, productivity, and customer service. Reporting directly to this role are the leaders of operations, safety, maintenance, and scheduling. Reporting indirectly, but key members of the Plant Management team, are the leaders of Quality and HR.
The IT BRM Manager develops and drives execution of the MES Technology Solution strategy in direct alignment with Business, Region, and Function goals as manifested in the MES Capability/ Technology Roadmap for which this role is responsible to maintain.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, training and mentoring to the HR team. Managing the Human Resource functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Under general direction, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, aid in the establishment and implementation of a centrally managed crew that will maintain Parks synthetic turf fields and play areas.
