In this role, you will provide comprehensive information, analytics and visibility around Product Supply, Demand, and Inventory status to Supply Chain Product Leaders, S&OP Business Owners, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) Management.
The Demand Planner will utilize the S&OP process to collaborate with supply chain, finance, sales, trade marketing, and marketing while reviewing JDA, Siebel, and CPFR data to construct a weekly demand forecast while maintaining weekly and monthly forecast accuracy for the top customers.
This position is responsible for optimizing inventory flow, inventory targets, forecast accuracy, and prevention of obsolete inventory. As a strategic lever in the supply chain, this individual partners with senior leadership and collaborates cross functionally to align decision making and optimize execution.
The Functional Planning will guide Analysts in their daily responsibilities of a day-to-day operational support & maintenance of accurate project/trial/country/study planning with associated reporting and other function specific process activities.
Monitoring volume, average Call Handle Time (CHT), and staffing trends to forecast, ensuring a complete understanding of the variation to continuously meet/exceed service level metrics and working to solve for staffing gaps whether in planning process or intra-daily management.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide Available To Promise dates and commitments to Customer Service Orders; collaborate with cross functional groups including logistics, supply chain, sales and engineering.
Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team on quarterly publications and information sharing for both internal and external use regarding trends in grocery, retail, product categories, and other topics related to shopper marketing.
Prepare legally defensible impact analyses, identify Best Management Practices and suitable avoidance and minimization measures for capital projects in the transportation, oil & gas, power/utility, and/or telecom sectors.
