In this role, you will responsible for managing the Canadian payroll and tax function, while providing oversight of major projects that include organizing and documenting tasks as well as assuring Payroll and Tax responsibilities are completed.

This Senior Manager will manage the activities of 12 unique payroll groups under the umbrella of LG Electronics within a large centralized payroll department. This position carries out responsibility for payroll preparation/processing and other responsibilities such as tax reporting and payroll systems maintenance. Generally will have one or more Payroll Practitioners as direct reports.
The primary function of this position is to calculate and process domestic payroll for US and Canada using Ultimate software for 150 employees and international payroll for about 130 employees in 15 countries using third party preparers.
