In this role, you will responsible for managing the Canadian payroll and tax function, while providing oversight of major projects that include organizing and documenting tasks as well as assuring Payroll and Tax responsibilities are completed.
Administer the functions necessary for the proper and timely processing of employee payroll data, maintain controls (Input and Output) associated with U.S. payroll using integrated payroll and HRIS system.
Manages the payroll function ensuring quality and timely processing of payroll activities to include: timecards and payroll processing, compilation of payroll statistics, reconciliation of payroll tax payments, filings and returns, annual W2 Forms, and all levels of record maintenance.
In this role, you will serves as the principal lead for payroll by partnering with HRIS to identify, track, research, resolve, communicate and implement fixes, including data audits and payroll testing.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating data for the Absence Monitoring and Tardiness Programs, conferring daily with operational managers on each campus to ensure that security officers and sergeants are properly being placed in the various phases of the program, and preparing and disseminating a weekly report to the department's Executive Staff.
